One day while the building was still under construction, the owner Jagajit, who hails from Chandigarh, called his partner Jagadish to enquire about the weather. Since it was the middle of the monsoon, Jagdish answered in his local language that the weather was Bhiga Sa (slightly wet). And this is how the unit received its name. Jagajit caught this word BhigaSa and incarnated his home in the hills. The four elegantly made rooms of BhigaSa in its isolated location, makes it different than the others. The views of the distant villages in the hills and its pristine location makes you feel like in a hidden valley.
Jagdish, better known as JD is the partner here and is avaialable for the guests, along with his team, always. JD is a native of Tirthan valley and keeps a vast knowledge about the place and its lifestyle. His local connections and his social status brings him to the front to run and manage BhigaSa and his own cottage in his native village Jibbhi.
