PDAM Lakshmi Niwas – The Palace Arki is a heritage homestay within the restored 17th-century Fort Palace complex. Built between 1695-1700 by Rana Prithvi Singh in the Rajput-Mughal style, the palace reflects the legacy of the Baghal princely state, founded in the 13th century by Raja Ajai Dev, a descendant of Parmar King Bhoj Dev of Malwa.
Under the stewardship of Raja Harshvardhan Singh and Rani Ksheerja Singh, this historic palace has been carefully preserved and transformed into a luxurious retreat.
